"I worked near and at this place I eat several times in the spring and summer. it is always clean, the service is always fast (even during the midday break), and the staff is both incredibly polite and competent. the manager here are on the top. Also, their play place recently reopened and the shape of the building means that they are not constantly overwhelmed by the sounds of enthusiastic children when sitting in the main restaurant area. To be honest, one of the best mcdonald’s I've ever been."

"We were excited to try firebirds as we are new in the opposite and unfortunately we will not return. we had reservations at 6:30 and came near this time. we ordered wein and the burrata who came in time. the burrata was delicious and gave us high hopes for the rest, but unfortunately the rest of our meal was on the edge of the unbearable. my man ordered the red snapper, which was over boiled, gumy and over salted. the sides were not amusing and tasted as if they were sitting there. that is funny, because from the time we ordered, our food served over an hour. my baja shrimp pasta had not the goat cheese or fresh basilikum and was best lukewarm. we complained what is not style. our waitress said her manager was too busy to talk to us, but she could offer us a free dessert. note our bill was good over $100 and a $10 free dessert did little to compensate for the terrible service and eating. concerning the service, she spent most night talking to the hostess and never asked us if we want another drink, or even fill our empty water drinks, as we sat there for over an hour waiting for our food. would not recommend spending their time or money here."
