"First time here and the club sandwich was amazing! It came with a variety of condiments on the side, chips, and a pickle. The staff were super friendly. I'll definitely go back. I went back and this time I ordered the Bavarian club. The roll was soft and perfectly toasted. My lunch partner ordered the Reuben, which she said was fantastic. We split an order of hand-cut fries, which were the best I've ever eaten! They were fluffy inside and had very little oil on them."

"Solid Bison Burger and a really great Cobb salad! The homemade cake was a beautiful cherry at the top. Good prices, and at least when we went, an undisputed low key alternative to some of the busy spots in Springdale. Very nice view over the valley from the terrace. Just something to know is that they don't have beer, wine or another alcohol, so if that's what you're looking for, you'll be disappointed."

"This particular location must have focused their training on customer service lately. We stop through there a several times a month to grab a meal or to grab a basket of fries for the kids when the wife and I get burgers at Braums right up the road because both of our boys are partial to McDonald's fries over anywhere else. We always use the McD's app to order and pull over to the curbside pickup area to avoid having to go through the drive thru. The last few times we've been there each person that brought us our orders was so polite, happy and upbeat. If it had been just one employee I would have assumed they were manic or stoned maybe but it's occurred with 3 different employees in a row. Also, we haven't had any issues with getting messed up or wrong orders no matter how busy they are."

"5/23/2022 3:12pm. Disappointing. Party of 4 for lunch after a long day outside. Carson greeted us warmly and was very helpful in helping us choose our meals. Not busy. 2 tables inside and 2 outside besides us. Only saw 3 staff members bringing out food and clearing tables. And then we waited, and waited. Didn't see any staff at all during this time. No one comes by to ask if we need anything. No one. After a half hour with not even getting our beverages I found Carson and asked what was up. Turns out the order never got to the kitchen due to a computer glitch. Ok it happens. Beverages arrive. Finally food shows up and not good. Grotto Chicken was dry, 3 Zion Burgers overcooked and cold. Fries cold. Tasted like it had been in the kitchen for 30 minutes. I spoke with Carson. She offered to replace the chicken with the salad bar. We just ate the burgers as we were so hungry at that point. The couple at the table next to us (who were there when we arrived) still hadn't received their food. $65 (soda water is $2.75, interesting). Next time we'll choose the snack bar or just go into town."

"I was expecting it to be a bit more of a sit down restaurant. It is however more of a chain type burger place. They weren’t busy when we went, we received our food quickly. The food was way better than we expected. It reminded me of a “grandma burger” from back in my childhood. The onion strings are a must try if you like friend onions."

"My wife and I really like this place. The pizza is really good and fresh. My wife says they make a beautiful pizza and you can tell they really put love and care into the pizzas they send out. The staff is very friendly and they even recognize us every time we come in. Food: 5 Service: 5"
