"I did a mobile order, when I arrived there the app told me it was having trouble on its end and to go inside and give them my order number, I told the girl working the drive thru and she said ok, I waited another 10-15mins then the manager came up and took my order number and said she never received it so I had to redo my entire order. She had an attitude the whole time and I waited another 25 mins for my order. She never offered to refund any part of my order nor did she offer me anything else for having to wait so long. She was rude and had no compassion. Def won't be going back there for a while. Get it together McDonald's... Geeze"
