"After selecting an available time with open table (the earliest was hours from the time of reservation) we arrived early. When we checked in at the hostess desk, she informed us that they donât use the open table system and that the wait was an additional hours. My question is why is it even an option online for that location? It was frustrating and a huge waste of time."

"My cheeseburger was smothered in mustard, not appealing, and the meat was dry. Two of us ordered the same cheeseburger, but one with no pickles. They weren't marked, so we had to figure it out. Isn't that what the diagram on the wrapper is for? And the girl at the window barely made contact, no smile or greeting."
