"I ate here on Friday evening. I was surprised that there were only a few other diners. I'm used to Wendy's being quite full. I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad, but asked the clerk to hold the chicken. (I'm a vegetarian The clerk seemed...to have no idea what I meant, so I explained in greater detail that I wanted the salad without chicken, since I don't eat meat. Her blank stare told me that we were having a failure to communicate. She finally asked another worker to help me, and he punched in the order right away. The food itself was very tasty, with the lettuce fresh and crisp. I also added a Frosty waffle cone, which signs promoted as being new to the menu. It was quite delicious. Although the restaurant was not busy at all, there were several tables with empty food and drink containers and other general waste on them. In addition, the floor needed a good sweeping."

"Went with my sister and niece who is they were very accommodating to the fact that we had a stroller. Our server was very knowledgeable and described each item that we ordered for us. His name was Clay. We had very friendly service and...all the dishes were great. we had chips, shrimp, octopus salad and jackfruit tacos. All the flavours were well thought out and just overall a great experience. For drinks we tried Jupiter, the last dance and margaritas. Delicious and creative! We both have literally nothing to complain about on anything will be back."

"I was in your restaurant recently, and I think that'll be my last time. I work in customer service, so I try to give the staff Leniency when it's busy. There were two waiting employees, but even if it wasn't busy, it was impossible to get their attention. At first our waitress forgot to hit our appetizers, even after we mentioned it to the manager when he broke the wings. We waited for our appetizers for over an hour. When I dived my chip in the Spinat dip, I found a plastic film (the size of a shop purchased tub of Spinat dip) in diving! Great, now I know how you really prepared this bathroom. We talk to the manager, send it back, and just ask it, the bill we don't want, a second remade order of it. If we finish our mediocre meal with ridiculously inconspicuous service, we ask for the bill. First, the spinach dip was not removed. The server takes the input back before I could check the rest. She comes back and I find that the half price wings were applied only to 3 orders, not 4 despite ordering 4 drinks. I get her attention after 10 minutes to save her and explain the situation. She says she'll fix it. 15 minutes later, she didn't fix it. She goes by the table and tells me the manager will be with us soon. I'm waiting patiently. 15 minutes have passed and the manager seems to have no intention of seeing us. I'm going to the manager to explain the situation to him and he had no idea about the problem! No communication between the staff and the manager!! I'll tell him we don't want to wait until he fixes it. I calculated what the bill should be and prepared the exact amount of money we owe. I'll give it to him and tell him to fix the bill himself. I'm not waiting anymore. And then I left. I tried. I tried to be patient and understand. I even tipped them a little, because I understand it was more business than they probably expected. But the quality of my food was not good enough to release the quality of my experience. At no point did the manager take control of my frustration to offer me a discount for my problems. At no point have I understood that my time is also important. We have dined over 2 hours if it could have been only 1 and think with a toddler and a child. I'm sure the staff was really nice people who just didn't have training. But unfortunately I don't think I'm returning to wild wings because the food had been prepared."

"If I could give a 10/10, I would. I couldn?t have had a better first time experience! I called ahead to place my order like other reviewers suggested and when I arrived, someone greeted me right away. I had to wait a bit as my order wasn?t ready but I love that they make every order as fresh as possible. The young lady who served me was so sweet, she even took the time to have a conversation with me and when she handed me the bag from the kitchen, it read ?Enjoy? as well as my name. I left the store with a big smile on my face. I made my own burger that was reminiscent of a Big Mac but fresher and the poutine was divine! I will be back 1000000% and recommend everyone to try this place out! Thank you to your kind and wonderful staff, it really is the little things that make something even greater!"

"My family was looking for a place to stop for dinner. We chose Turtle Jacks. We had an excellent experience at this location. We sat on the patio and our server Sina was amazing. He was very polite, helpful, attentive and a real pleasure as our server. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. All 4 of us were very happy with the food choices we made. I had blackened salmon and it was delicious."

"I had a buffalo chicken sandwich along with non-alcoholic straberry guava lemonade and coke with fries. The buffalo sauce was requested to be hot flavoured but it was not that spicy yet. Overall the food was delicious. Would definitely visit the restaurant again ."

"This restaurant specializes in specialty burgers. Fresh ground beef never frozen and ground on site prepared fresh. Fries are cut on site and are also fresh. Very trendy inside and is reminiscent of a downtown Toronto restaurant. Isn't cheap per se for a burger but is definitely worth it! Don't waste your time or money going through a typical fast food drive through to get a stale bun and frozen patty and fries - spend a few bucks more and get great food!"
