"OK, here is another small local restaurant that really shines! Probably the best authentic Thai food in Palm Beach County, and certainly the cleanest and with the most friendly owners and staff. You will have to look hard to find Sabai Thai in a small strip mall at 3936 Hypoluxo Rd (just east of Lawrence Rd) in Boynton Beach, FL 33436. But it will definitely be worth the adventure! If you visit more than once, the cheerful owner will remember you and will offer a friendly joke and a recommendation for a wonderful little known appetizer, like the delicious Curry Puff (spring roll) that will tweak your taste buds. We followed it with a cool Thai salad with yummy ginger dressing. If you are a little more adventurous, try the Som Tum (shredded Papaya Salad) with hot chili and anchovies! The Pad Thai was wonderful, but their “star rating” is a little tentative, so upsize and ask for 3-stars if you really want it about average (like most other 2-stars). Or better yet, order it 2-star and ask for the (free) side spice jars with wonderful hot sauces! Hoo boy! We’ve tried a lot of different dishes in our previous visits, and ALL of them are out of this world! I’m especially partial to the Red Curry Shrimp over a delicate, delicious white Jasmine Rice. Equally good are the Pad See-Ew, Spicey Drunken Spaghetti, and the Hor Mok Talay (assorted seafood w/basil, curry coconut milk). And make sure you leave room for the dessert! We had a yummy sweet red bean and coconut ice cream served on top of warm sticky rice. Highly Recommended!"
