"Today visited with my parents, husband and teen son for a afternoon tee, absolutely amazing selection of tasty. the table was beautifully set with fine china and pointed tablecloths. the service was warm and welcoming and felt relaxed with tea/coffee plentiful. we started with one. a lot of sandwiches, a selection of suppe and a hearty cake stand, the pastry cake with pate, vol au vents, mini cornish pasties with melt in mouth pasties and sweet quiche. all were homemade to perfection. then came the sweet tasty and we were spoiled for the choice! there were mini-trifles, strawberry teas, skorn with sawne, meningues, cheesecake, macarons and chocolate eclairs all decorated with fresh fruits. the work that must have gone into everything was plentiful for a little caffe. we will definitely come back!"

"8 of us had an early evening meal at this Inn and were delighted with every aspect of the meal.The order for drinks was taken swiftly and followed within minutes. Having ordered our starters main courses we were given a courtesy appetizer. The starters were very well presented. After these we were given courtesy cider and mango sorbet drinks before our main courses arrived. The sweet and coffees etc were ordered together and again did not dissappoint especially the lemon cheesecake. The staff could not have been better so if you are in the area, this Inn is one I would highly recommend but do not confuse it with a nearby hotel with a similar name as you could be dissappointed. "Lovely dinner. Hubby has the steak tagliatelle, which he couldn't finish (generous portion and I had the steak pie which was lovely. I actually couldn't finish it either and took some of the beef home (my cat wolfed it down so it must've been good as he is very fussy!!! Def will be back and get the steak pie again!"

"A slight wait to be acknowledged by staff but eventually seated. Lady was very nice that showed us to our seat....unfortunately downhill from there. Ordered our meals and asked to pay immediately by our dour server. OK duly done when asked why we were told this is how our waitress liked to do it. Paid then waited and waited ..Two out of 3 meals come out (they say this ain't bad). We waited for the third meal and we had to ask for it in the meantime the other meals had lost some temperature. No cutlery on our table. Got from next table just as the 3rd meal arrived. Order was wrong also so first impressions not good. Ordered hot drinks and was surprised we didn't have to pay for them up front but it was a different waitress. Cannot say how good or bad the food was as it was luke warm. Did we complain no just made a note to avoid if poss but if your meeting up with other people you sometimes need to go with the flow....I might give this place another go but I will not be volunteering or recommending anytime soon."

"We booked for Sunday Roast, and I have to say the food was superb, and the setting of the restaurant stunning. The Roast Sirloin of beef was tender and cooked to perfection and the accompanying vegetables delicious. We also had dessert crème brûlée and treacle tart. The whole dining experience was excellent. Attentive and welcoming staff. I highly recommend this place."

"Amazing service and great food. Spotless restaurant with genuine friendly staff. We had a great time for a family celebrations My fish was cooked perfectly, the chips were amazing and the sticky toffee pudding was honestly the best I've ever had. Light sponge with deliciously sweet sauce and local ice cream."

"First time, I had soup..homemade carrot and lentil...delicious. could easily have had more! My daughter had a chicken mayo baguette, with salad, coleslaw and Posh crisps. She loved it (shes fussy).. Maltese run business, so interesting menu. Lovely staff. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be back"
