"We had a fab Sunday dinner here today after we came home and still managed to taste the perfectly cooked food at our palate. we have both decided for the gratin normandie (French tweebel soup) for starter, what it is the best thing we ever had, rich and tasty! I had bark roast (boiled pink) and it was superb, perfectly cooked and with beautiful veg and bratkartoffeln. Woman had the fried chicken breast with filling and all the circumcisions. two clean plates. the personal here is really attentive and friendly, and the pub itself is beautiful inside and outside."

"A group of 9 had dinner here last night. From the moment I turned up early for drinks, till when we left, the service was absolutely outstanding, I can't praise it highly enough. I wish I had got a few names so I could mention people but I didn't so all I can say is thank you to all of you. Attentive service, fantastic food (with extensive gluten-free and vegan menus) and no request was too much trouble. As someone with recently diagnosed food intolerances I cringe internally because virtually every order from myself requires some sort of request but nothing was too much trouble. Everyone agreed the food was great and it was a thoroughly enjoyable night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I will be back. Noteworthy details: OUTSTANDING customer service. Service: 5 Location: 5"
