"I purchased mini cannolis for a Sunday morning event and picked them up Saturday afternoon. When we ate them, the shell of cannolis were soft. I was embarrassed and brought it to the attention of the manager. She rudely told me that the shells get soft after four hours and this is why they ask the time of pick up. She offered no apology and said this is their recipe and this is what happens with the ricotta filling. I told her I haven't had that experience from any other bakery. If their cannolis need to be eaten within a small window of time they should explain this to the customer. I will not be going back."

"We always enjoy the different selection of dessert options. Tonight the chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate cake with strawberries in cream and chocolate mousse dessert were great. Definitely one of our favorite bakery shops in the area!"
