"If you want fried chicken, this is great, BUT understand that it doesn't fry fast remember how long it took Gramma to fry her chicken! So, please, be patient and wait or call in ahead instead of creating a tense atmosphere because your chicken isn't ready in 10 minutes. Order a 3 piece so you have chicken to take home. Btw, the greens are a great side. Cornbread is tasty and tender with corn in it. Green beans are flavored like Gramma used to make. Fried pickles for an appetizer! Tea refills are usually automatic, but ask if they are busy."

"First time here and it was restaurant week. Nice atmosphere, however lighting was very very dim. Gave all of us a regular menus but only one restaurant week menu for the table to share. Server was very competent but not especially friendly or warm. Just doing her job but not much extra effort. Our food was very good. Everything came out well, except for the spinach salad which was supposed to have candied cashews but none were in our salads. There were a few sunflower seeds present but no cashews! It was fine but not as stated on the menu and therefore a little disappointing. We did enjoy our food and drinks. We all had the filet or salmon which were all cooked perfectly. There was live music for most of our meal and that made conversation more difficult, since our table was fairly close to the bar area. If we had been further then it may not have been an issue. Will definitely come back to try again."

"This was my first time visiting this location recently I have been to their other locations and wanted to give this one a try. Upon entering I was taken back by the ambiance of the place. It was a modern and contemporary feeling that makes you feel welcomed. I ordered my food and even though it was busy we received it in a good amount of time. The Lamb kabob was delicious and so savory. The chicken kabob was tender and cooked to perfection. I was honestly so impressed with the customer service and food that I ordered food to go so I can enjoy it later also. The owner was there when I visited and she was so welcoming and kind. This will definitely be one of the spots that I visit when I am in the area. If I could give it more than 5 stars I definitely would. Highly recommend!"

"If you haven't been to guys in a while you should go there again they have updated their menu and they have all kinds of new food My favorite is the Reuben but I am going to church try the cheesesteak next I can't wait friendly staff and right on the water so you can dine inside the restaurant or out on the elevated patioVegetarian options: Feel like many places in Mississippi most of their food is either deep fried or involve some kind of meat but they do have a few salad choices they have a Greek salad a big salad shrimp salad and you can customize your order and get whatever you would likeParking: The restaurant is located on top of the hill and that's where the main parking lot is if that fills up which it often does you can park on the Midway Marina parking lot which is down follow the boat ramp and take a left and park anywhere you wish The stairs leading up to the restaurant and you good to goKid-friendliness: Because guys is located directly on the Midway Marina property it's really nice for kids there's a big pond right in front they've got all kinds of activities for the kids to do while they're waiting for their table and then inside it is set up so the kids will be able to eat again inside or outside and they seem to really enjoy itWheelchair accessibility: Guys whose built on top of the boathouse the restaurant used to be a personal residence and now was turning to a restaurant so it's limited as far as accessibility it is on top of the hill of Midway Marina and there are stairs that you have to navigate as well as the doorways are far too narrow so wheelchair accessibility is really not an option"
