"We have been several times. This was a restaurant anniversary. Unfortunately the oven wasn't working! so many menu items were not available. For a Tuesday night it was a surprise at how crowded and noisy it was. It became apparent that the restaurant was also surprised. Needless to say we were anxious to leave. We had a wonderful server."

"Amazing restaurant. Old school Mill converted into a restaurant. Nicely done. Delicious food, had the pasta and caesar salad for lunch. Excellent service with perfect ambiance. Worth all 5 stars. Can't wait till they can offer the murder mystery shows back. We'll be the first to buy tickets. Can't wait to be back."

"Easily our new favourite restaurant! This is a uniquely fantastic place. If you're looking for a good time while you eat amazing food, with happy upbeat live music, incredible wait staff, and a truly positive environment, this is the place for you. A real gem. It's hard to explain the atmosphere here because I've never been anywhere like it in the KW or Guelph area. It has a welcoming and cozy feel. Sort of upscale but not remotely snooty. It's like dinner and a show where the food and service are 5 star, but also with a fun family vibe. Aside from the utterly fantastic atmosphere, our meals were perfect both the Hanger Steak Pappardelle were world class, and the cheesecake was the freshest we've eaten anywhere. Also, I never call people out but, Doug, our waiter, was the best we've had anywhere (including the most elite restaurants we've been to). The owners were also extraordinary kind, welcoming, and just all around fantastic hosts. I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely give it a try."

"We have been coming to Knapps for the last 4 years and have always had an outstanding experience. We really enjoy a business that appreciates your business, from a friendly greeting and customer service staff that seem to really enjoy answering your questions and letting you know what would be of interest to us. On our last visit last week on Easter was no exception to the very delightful customer experience we have come to expect from Knapps. While stock on the shelves was a little lighter than normal the gormet selections were still unique and interesting. in fact if like really hot sauce we would recommend the Knapps Habenero hot sauce - very good. Also the no bake cheesecake was so good the family devoured as soon as we got home and had to return to the market to purchase another one for dinner. We could go on and on - but check it out for yourself. Also make sure you take time to eat in the restaurant as all seats look out the window onto a large pond which has beautiful white swans, as well treat yourself to beautiful flowers and gift baskets. This market is a 10 out of 10."

"Slow delivery of food after ordering, over 1 hour wait food was cold glasses for water and drinks tasted of soap downstairs washroom was filthy, we went across the street at Tim Hortons to use the facilities if it was not for the server< Ariel, we would have left the restaurant and rejected the food"

"My gourmet group of seven (from KW) was there for lunch today. We were delighted with the excellent menu. The choices we picked were grilled salmon with dill frites, smoked tempeh, buttermilk fried chicken, steak/frites, and Caesar salad. I was lucky to share the delicious house pâté with balsamic fig compote. My dessert was an awesome shared vanilla crème brûlée. Of course wine was on the table too. Thank you to “Jimmy Kimmel” and his staff who made our visit a memorable one. We will be back Jimmy."

"Holy cow, how is it possible that my oldest daughter is 41 years old! Well she deserves a birthday lunch at a restaurant of her choice. She chose Milestones and I am glad she did. I made a reservation and we were sitted promptly. A server came to our table to take our drink order. We then reviewed the menu. We waited a long time before another server must have noticed no one had taken our order so she took it from us. I ordered the roasted mushroom soup ($7.75) and the prime rib slider ($5.00). My daughter ordered the spicy Thai basil noodles with shrimp ($19.50). We both enjoyed our food. My daughter was offered a birthday dessert: white chocolate cheesecake with espresso creme sauce topped with whipped creme, shaved milk chocolate, and fresh strawberries or ganache torte with crushed pecan crust, house-made salted carmel sauce. She went for the cheesecake and it was decadent and worth the calories. Can you tell we are dessert fans as more description went into the desserts than the main course?!Our server was sweet but did not have a good memory so the second server who ended up helping her was an asset. The service was slow and we did wait a long time for our food. I did leave a 25% tip so I hope it was shared between the servers. I know some restaurants share all the tips amongst all the servers. The restaurant was clean and the decor was pleasing and creative. The washroom was clean and also very nice. We will be retirning to Milestones."
