"An extraordinary first experience in the seasons 52. We had the street corn for an appetizer, the fillet mignon and sea bass for the main course. We also had the Sangria wine flight and tried coconut cream cake, turtle cheese cake and important lime cake minis for dessert. Everything was wonderful and every bite was scratched off by plates. Everything is repeated during another visit."

"Have I ever told you when there was actually a person who existed in the universe worth one? Because it happened at Harpo, let me tell everyone the story. I had a budget to take some of my staff for a special night. Because we had a really big month and all got through with their performance. But I lost my phone at a bar somewhere in Westport. And after this person known as Super Jesus, let me use his phone to call my own... When I found out that miracles are really all. I don't know who it was? I don't know if it was a waitress or bartender or just a good Samaritan whose heart was free from bad intentions. But someone, I don't know who they are, I don't know what their name is? Was friendly and generous enough to make sure that my phone ended behind the bar with the bartender where a lost phone belongs. And it renewed my faith. It renewed my faith in Karma. It renewed my faith in all existence and creation. It renewed my faith in humanity and the universe. It renewed my belief in what we can really be as one. A world, a society, a human family. If only one person could find out how to do the right thing for a change. Just for another person. Just once, no questions asked without wanting anything in return. Only because we are members of the same family of eternal light that exist in the universe. But maybe it's true? Maybe you should go to Harpo and tell me what you think?"

"Lunch on a Saturday at 11:45-12:00, no waiting for a table. There were three in our party, so we ordered three different things to share. First to the table was Yaki Udon with chicken. Next was Chicken salad, it was made up of chicken Kara age, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and covered in Mogu Mogu dressing, taste it was! Last and the best was Ebi Kara Mayo. Shrimp and Calamari lightly breaded and fried then tossed in mayo, at the table we were instructed to drizzle a little soy sauce over it all. I'm here to tell you it was to die for! The calamari was so tender, it just about melted in your mouth. Never have I had calamari so good. Oh yeah the Ebi was really good also. The only bad thing about Sama Zama is that it's a FOUR hour drive from my home! We were all quite full after devouring the above, so I'm currently thinking of a few good reasons to make that 4 hour drive so that we can try more of the menu. If you are in KC, you gotta give it a try!"

"Great vibe w/ live low key music in bar serves as perfect backdrop for dinner. Our server, Hannah, was superb. Splurged on the A5 Japanese 8oz Wagyu and worth EVERY dollar!! I would recommend to only use the sauce sparingly (like a dip) tastes wonderful (great Japanese flavor) but it can quickly overpower. The smoked mac&cheese balanced it out well, and the truffle fries were best I’ve ever had. Oh yes try the Rocking Chair if you like Old Fashioned."
