"Sunday roast was excellent! Lamb roasts, nut roasts, pan grilled snapper, veges that came with roast in pictures below. Also the sticky toffee pudding was divine!"

"I've been to Polo Bar a few times, since it's so convenient and is open 24hrs. The food is pretty good generally great burgers, great chicken in a basket, decent shakes. My favourite dish though is the Welsh Rarebit. The seeded granary bread is a good choice and the tomato chutney works really well with the multi cheese topping. A really good light bite. On my last visit I opted for a poached egg on top and was disappointed to find the egg way overcooked. It's a good choice for a convenient meeting place near Liverpool St, although service can sometimes be slow. But generally not too bad. Oh and they do pretty good cakes."

"One of my favourite places to go to it used to be owned by Heston Bluemental but recently taken over by another partner completely that he did business with. No big changes but the menus have changed and there are some new items and desserts. I was there for the Christmas holiday offerings and opted for the yummy prawn cocktail the accompanying bread and butter was so good! My main course was Windsor Estate partridge, a small bird that doesn’t taste “gamely” at all, in fact it tastes a little like chicken and this was cooked to perfection and wrapped in bacon with the most delicious roast potatoes! To finish, I opted for the mince pie and coffee, with a small piece of the homemade macadamia nut brittle. Overall the food was yummy and Molly, our waitress was absolutely wonderful and made us feel welcome and appreciated the perfect mix of service and personality! I would recommend they look for a new coffee offering, it was nice but not strong enough for me but overall, I would always give this venue a 10/10 for everything."

"Visited the bells for breakfast and was greeted by a very smiley Isabelle. She was welcoming and attentive. She explained the menu and ensured all our requirements were met. Breakfast arrived in a timely manner and was hot and looked great. Tasted just as good! Isabelle was chatty and friendly not just with us but all her tables. Would definitely return!"

"Just what we needed. We try to go here once every few months and it never disappoints. First meal out in months and we left smiling. Lovely food that is deceptively simple. Flavours and seasoning absolutely on point. Very polite and professional serving staff. Covid...secure, clean and tidy. Banging cheesecake. Posh roast chicken with bread sauce! Ham hock fritters. Heaven in the home counties..."
