"Blog and Tweet Boston organized a #SundaySupper at Fiorella’s in Newton. Other bloggers in attendance were: Gourmet Pigs, Kerrie Urban, Dave and Emily Dudek, Janelle Suckley, Kristin Amico, Lei Ann and Erica Thomas to name a few. The Italian restaurant was opened by Remon Karian over a decade ago when he was just 23 years old! (Remon was the former co-owner of The Breakfast Club in Allston. The space has been newly renovated with a great addition in the front room."

"We ate lunch here on a Monday when there were two other tables occupied. The service was just okay, and so was the food overall. The cream of mushroom soup special was delicious(and vegan), and the vegan meatballs were pretty tasty, but my husband’s burrito was completely bland, and definitely not worth the $2.50 up charge for vegan cheese. The vegan BLT I ordered never arrived. We probably wouldn’t bother eating here again."

"Antoine's is amazing and we are blessed to have them here in Nonantum for the last 66 years. Nonantum Neighborhood Assoication has been a part of the Bike de Tour for the last 4 years and they have graciously donated their amazing butter cookies and today 6 pounds of their fabulous butter cookies. Each biker who came to the table couldn't wait to eat a cookie from Antoine's because they remember from the previous year. Thank you Renee and Fran for your amazing pastries and always donating to our causes!"

"So I was coming home in uniform from Cape Cod AFS and wanted pizza so I relied on Google Maps to find something along my 90-minute ride back to Hanscom. Bertucci's in West Roxbury was recommend and along the route. I got an Ultimate Bertucci's from the take-out counter, and not only was I comped my order, but a woman who was leaving offered to pay for my order. The pizza was fantastic, the employees are top notch people, and even the clientele were polite, which I know is not a reflection of the restaurant, but it had been a long day and I was floored by how considerate they were. Bertucci's West Roxbury supports our troops, and it was great meeting some residence of Chestnut Hill that do the same. Highly recommended."
