"Vi har alltid ett samtal om vad vi som familj ska äta och denna gången gick vår resa till ett nyöppnat ställe i Örebro. Tugg Burgers. Väl inne i restaurangen fick vi gå till kassan hämta våra menyer. Sätta oss och sedan gå tillbaka till kassan för att beställa vår mat. Som vanligt söker jag efter en burgare med ost och bacon. När jag väl hade funnit min burgare bad jag om att få bacon på min burgare. Gärna med färsk lök och en skiva tomat. Och till min förvåning hade de en tryffelmajonäs. När vi satt och väntade på att den lilla dosan skulle blinka och vibrera samtalade vi om restaurangen och dess inredning. När jag skulle lyfta mina armar från bordet satt min tröja fast i bordet. Tydligen hade förra gästerna vid bordet slabbat med colan som hade torkat in till ett trögflytande lim. Så min fru fick be att de skulle komma och torka borden. Nu blinkar och vibrerar dosan som signalerar att maten ör klar. Gott. Jag är super hungrig. När vi har hämtat maten lyfter jag på locket för att finna 2 st bacon som mäter 1 x 1 cm. Då tänker jag för mig själv ett paket bacon kostar 10 kr paketet mäter ca 20 cm och har ca 10 längder i paketet. Så de får ut mer än 200 bitar bacon från ett paket. Vilket borde räcka till 100 burgare. Sedan tog de 10 kr för de två små bitarna. Vilket är en vinst på minst 1000 kr. Retar mig fortfarande. Nog om det Nu sätter jag tänderna i pommes som är sideorder. 40 kr för ca 70 gram. Men gode tid vilken god pommes. Jag blev lyrisk över den krispighet som de hade på sin pommes. Med tryffelmajonäsen lyfte set till en fantastisk höjd. Otroligt goda! Nu sätter jag gaffeln i burgaren och ska försöka fördela mm bitar av bacon till varje tugga när köttet faller ur burgaren. Köttet var så över stekt. När min son Marcus ser på min reaktion och att jag var påvög att resa mig för att fråga varför köttet var så överstekt. Marcus säger. Lugn pappa. I menyn står det att alla burgare är välstekta! Ok. Sedan fortsätter vi att äta upp vår mat. Jag kunde ha gett ett högre betyg för smakerna var väldigt nära på perfekta. We always have a conversation about what we as a family should eat and this time our trip went to a newly opened place in Örebro. Chew Burgers. Once inside the restaurant, we had to go to the till to pick up our menus. Seat us and then go back to the register to order our food. As usual, I'm looking for a burger with cheese and bacon. Once I found my burger I asked for bacon on my burger. Preferably with fresh onion and a slice of tomato. And to my surprise they had a truffle mayonnaise. As we sat and waited for the little box to blink and vibrate, we talked about the restaurant and its interior. When I was going to lift my arms off the table, my shirt was stuck to the table. Apparently the previous guests at the table had slobbered on the coke that had dried into a viscous glue. So my wife had to ask them to come and wipe the tables. Now the box flashes and vibrates, signaling that the food is ready. Good. I'm super hungry. When we have collected the food, I lift the lid to find 2 pieces of bacon measuring 1 x 1 cm. Then I think to myself, a package of bacon costs SEK 10, the package measures about 20 cm and has about 10 lengths in the package. So they get more than 200 pieces of bacon out of a package. Which should be enough for 100 burgers. Then they charged SEK 10 for the two small pieces. Which is a profit of at least SEK 1,000. Still pisses me off. Enough about that Now I sink my teeth into fries which are a side order. SEK 40 for approx. 70 grams. But good time, what good fries. I raved about the crispness they had on their fries. With the truffle mayonnaise, the set lifted to a fantastic height. Incredibly good! Now I put the fork in the burger and will try to distribute etc. pieces of bacon to each bite when the meat falls out of the burger. The meat was so overcooked. When my son Marcus sees my reaction and that I had the courage to get up to ask why the meat was so overcooked. Marcus says. Calm down dad. In the menu it says that all burgers are well fried! Okay. Then we continue to eat our food. I could have given a higher rating because the flavors were very close to perfect."
