"Regarding my experience today Oct 6th 2023, Friday, around 8 PM when I went to purchase ice cream, I'd like to share my thoughts on the service provided by the staff. This isn't the first time I've encountered a negative attitude from them. As I ordered 2 ice creams, they delayed charging me and served two other customers before me. To my surprise, they even charged the customer who arrived after me first, despite my clear intention to go first. This isn't the first instance of poor treatment I've received from them. On a previous occasion, when I asked to sample a flavor, they displayed a less-than-pleasant attitude. It's important to feel valued as a customer rather than as if you're inconveniencing the staff. I've decided not to return, as I see no need to tolerate such a discriminatory attitude."

"One of Perth's best spots for gelato. The 'gusto' flavoured ice cream is interesting particularly given its name is meaningless to those who know any Italian. Ignoring this humorous choice of name, most are very good and delivery is prompt."

"The store looks and feels good. Friendly staff, nice environment, good chocolate.<br/ <br/ I especially loved the chocolate ice cream. I also recommend the Chocolate<br/ Salted Caramel Tart, as well as Black Forest Gateau. If you have questions the staff are very helpful in answering them. The prices could be a bit lower, but overall I recommend this place."

"You can tell how good a sushi shop is by the crowds and Tokyo Station at lunchtime is like Heathrow. People everywhere, grabbing their sushi rolls or waiting for hot meals. Eating their food at the limited tables or having a picnic-style lunch at nearby Central Park. Yep, Tokyo Station is certainly a hit with the locals!<br>
They have a good range of gluten-free options and at $3.90 for a 4pc pack, they're pretty cheap too. All food is packed fresh each morning or made to order if you're finicky or just prefer your sushi fresh from the kitchen. <br>
We also tried a dessert that Tokyo Station markets as "Japanese cheesecake". It was delicious but is really only a simple lemon cheesecake mix poured into a pastry shell. Nothing I couldn't make at home but at $3/cake, it was a nice end to lunch on the run."

"My husband was at the Riverside Brewery with his colleagues . Sadly staff could not refrain from showing their disapproval of my husband's choices of food. He got rolled eyes when announced he is vegan. And we've got something special for the vegan... Table for one, down by the jetty was the joke I fail to see how this is appropriate to say to a customer.Despite all that my husband was pleased with vegan meal he was served. (Hence rating 2 instead of 1)More work must be done on trying to not make customers feel unwelcome."
