"Great place! the mood loved the music was beautiful and not overpowered, the menu has many possibilities. eating is incredible, had an explosion with my friends. the waitress was very friendly and was very good at what she did not talk too much, but not too little, only enough that we had to know each other. I 100% recommend to come here when they drink, eat and hang with their friends. try that oreo jar in the dessert section, absolutely phenomenal. it has an oreo on the upper side, crumbled oreo on the upper side, cheesecake in the middle and more crumbled oreo on the lower side. come here! vegetarian options: many vegetarian options. child-friendly: no children allowed, this is a pub. parking: parking lot is much on the rear parking lot and on the side of the road. Accessibility: wheelchairs have no problem here. no stairs or ridiculous climbs. dietary restrictions: they have gluten-free options and vegetarian options."

"Unassuming little place, but oh man what a meal! Would have easily been double the price downtown. Also love the preordering to reduce food waste. The food was excuisite and the service was so warm and attentive. We can't remember the last time we hadsuch large portions in a fine dining restaurant. We couldn't finish our 3 courses even at a slow pace and having not eaten sincean early lunch. The food was perfect. The home made bread had the crunchiest crust but was so soft and fluffy inside. Thestuffed chicken was to die for. We're pretty sure the smoked salmon in our pasta was smoked in house. Incredible!"

"Rosa's came highly recommended to us, and as it was my wife's birthday and we were in the area we decided to give it a go. First thing was that there are no reservations - so the fact that we had no idea precisely what time we would arrive was no problem. We got there, and had to wait about half an hour to get in on a Friday night, so not really bad at all.The restaurant is small - and very cramped up. That said, everyone seemed to have enough room to maneuver. We were seated at the table all the way in the back, near the washrooms. And I was glad of this because the restaurant is also very hot, and this was the only location that had a vertical fan to provide some relief from the heat.Menus, water, and fresh bread were brought fairly quickly, and the specials were briefly outlined. Two had the rib special, one had gnocci, and I had the Chicken Parm. special. What came next was quite surprizing, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for well over and hour. It actually got to the point where we had mutually agreed that if food was not put in front of us within 5 minutes were were going to walk out. About 2 minutes later food finally arrived. We all sampled each others food of course had here are the results:Gnocci It was OK not great. Not worth the extended wait. One of my daughters was the one who had it, and she said - and we all agreed - that she had made better gnocci at home.Ribs: This was a FULL rack of ribs - actually quite large. This dish came with choice of vegetables or pasta. One was ordered with spaghetti with tomato sauce, and the other with penne with rose sauce. The ribs were BBQ style, and were flavorful and delicious - NOT drowned with too much sauce as many places do.Chicken Parm: I had this with linguini with meat sauce. I have to say this was one of the best Chicken Parm. I have ever had. Crispy, flavorful, moist - seasoned well and cooked to perfection! Bravo! Some observations: Firstly to view the website we got the impression that the pasta would all be fresh; not so. We tasted each others pastas and confirmed that it is most likely that all the pastas served to us (Spaghetti, linguini, and penne) were dried pastas - not fresh. The sauces on the other hand were unquestionably fresh made (and the gnocci) - and delicious to say the least.Secondly: While delicious and really fresh bread was served, there was nothing included with the meals. To recount the prices: Ribs $29.95, Ribs with the rose sauce $2 = $31.95, Chicken Parm. $26.50, and Gnocci was about $18. This is very expensive considering dry pasta is cheap. So for this price, and with the extended wait time to get the main course, there was not even a small side salad to tide one over until dinner came. (Caesar Salad on the menu was $12, no mention of a dinner salad)Thirdly: The heat. By the time the main course was finally put in front of us, I had actually been sweating so much my cloths were soaked clean through. There is only one small 5000 BTU air conditioner on the east wall of the building, and the front door was open. If we were ever to come here again, I think it would be in late fall or winter when the heat would not be an issue.Fourth: I did tell the hostess that it was my wife's birthday - and I was not kidding, we were actually there on her actual birthday - not a couple of days off as is often the case. No complementary dessert was offered - not even a happy birthday greeting of any kind.Seriously, for the kind of money we paid, the slow service, and the excessive heat - we will not likely return. There are other Italian Restaurants within a 30 minute drive which have food that is as good or better and can get it on the plate much faster with better prices and home made pastas. As an aside, we heard a waitress telling another table that Rosa closes down the restaurant in the last two weeks of August to go on holidays every year. We can well imagine too! If it was so hot in July, then we cannot imagine what it would be like for the last two weeks of August."
