"We live a distance from here and went to the top of the eye view. we did not know that it was a sportable, had a nice greeting and asked if we were from our reserved table as the lighting was not a problem. many. tvs in there had a local game, it was very loud, charge we didn't know. the side we order steak for our meals. Rib-eye sirloin, paid at the bar and only waited bout for our meal nice and hot, well presented and so a nice tasting steak, chips snatch rings and we mushroom on top, very pleasant and perfectly cooked as we asked to do it medium. pudding were very reasonable prices like the steaks. again a good fast service, cheesecake with creamed apple crumble with custard was hot piping. So for courses a drink everyone came to us thought it was very reasonable price wise and was satisfied with service! a bit too loud for us, but maybe also for others we will return"

"I visited Little Dessert Shop in West Bromwich yesterday with two friends we ordered waffles, crepe and a brownie. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly the lady who took our order was very welcoming and friendly and the young lady with very nice eyes served our food very politely. My friend also left a personal belonging behind by mistake and they were very generous to keep the item safe until he collected. I will definitely be visiting again very soon."

"They don't accept card! (It's not as though they're cheap and can't absorb the costs in the price. Probably an effort to stay below the VAT threshold They charge extra for absolutely everything!! Cheese, peri salt, sauces probably more Getting a...napkin or cutlery is like squeezing blood out of a stone They don't serve CokeaCola. The only drinks they serve are the cheapest which don't reflect the costs the customer pays. Floors and surfaces are always dirty. I've never seen anyone come out to give anything a wipe down Service is terrible. I wouldn't blame the staff, they seem overstretched and under trained. The person on the counter is usually too busy trying to do jobs. I often stand around for ages waiting to be served while phone orders are taken before I even get a glance. They seem busy enough to justify more staff!! The food isn't bad but other branches are far better. This branch seems to have the smallest wings, so I suspect they're comprising on the meat they order. Franchises aren't just about making money. It's important to take pride in your work and offer some value for money. I know this will be a tough pill to swallow for them but it's a true reflection of my experience. I hope it serves as positive criticism for them and hope they can learn from this."

"First time I've been in, I've driven past this place every day for the last couple of years and always intended to pop in, well tonight I popped in as it's now under new management. I've spent years looking for what I call a proper pub and at last I've found one. The beer is spot on and Cara who works behind the bar was very warm and welcoming, truly fantastic. Pop in and see for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed"

"We ordered the deal of any large pizza for £9.99 so we went for the half and half cheese and tomato, veggie pizza and also an additional large pizza of ham and pineapple. I ordered on app and paid with Apple Pay which was quick. Delivery from ordering to delivery took about 30 minutes. New customers should be able to get a free garlic bread but it did not allow me to add this to the order. Each pizza came with a herb and garlic dip. Leftovers can be stored in fridge and eaten the next day. Heating instructions are on the bottom of box."
