"The lettuce on my salad was wilting, browning and was not fresh. Iceberg lettuce does not last long and should not be used once it starts wilting. My salad also had hair in it. Nothing was fresh. These restaurants should really go with dark greens. I’m mad I placed a pick up order was stuck with a less than appetizing meal. Ugh. Terribly frustrating and disappointing."

"The people working here are very friendly, humble and welcoming. Their bread and butter, which is homemade, is absolutely amazing. For starters we had seared scallops and shrimp which was filled with flavor, good size on both scallops and shrimp. Then we had an Italian sausage and spinach soup which was creamy, the portion was about a bowl size. For our entree we had a chicken Alfredo dish with fettuccine, wife had a shrimp Alfredo with fettuccine. We were both impressed with the flavor of the food. Based on what our waitress told us, everything is homemade with the exception of the fettuccine and penne pasta. Prices were good and portions were good! Ambience was warm and peaceful, highly recommended for locals or visitors passing thru Columbia, S.C."
