"Understaffed as there are robot servers who painstakingly avoid chairs and get stuck/crawl to the tables whilst the food goes cold. The staff then had to drop what they were doing and assist the robot back into an empty space! Throw the robots (which are £13,000) and employ the correct amount of staff who can deliver plates with a smile and in half the time! The restaurant then has the audacity to automatically apply a service charge! Meal type: Dinner"
