"First time here and we left very satisfied. Our meals were served quickly and were delicious. (Veal scaloppine and papadella boscaiola) I would suggest that the young waitress know the menu better as she couldn't answer our questions although she did go and ask. However Fabio who I'm assumed was the owner was great with meal suggestions and was very welcoming. We ordered the home made tirimusu for dessert, which was delicious but a bit on the small side. "We arrive for lunch on Australia Day, and are delighted to find that dinner is available. The welcoming lady is very friendly, if preoccupied with the steak special which doesn't interest us! We sign in, and enter the bistro, which is a pleasant, spacious well lit area. It is not hard to choose from the half dozen meal items available. Our meals are nicely presented, hot and tasty, and we follow this with the dessert special - the only dessert, I think! - which is also very acceptable. We return the following night for an equally enjoyable experience."

"Rang ahead to make a booking and to start things off they mucked that up completely and were very rude about it as if it was a real imposition even though the restaurant was almost empty (I am not surprised). Very poor service throughout the meal - not once were we asked how was your entree/main or would you like some more wine or water or coffee etc etc. Seafood was terribly overlooked to the point it was inedible, chicken was well overdone and bone dry and chewy with a milky tasteless sauce, pasta was all butter and void of any taste. Cannelloni was good no complaints. For an expensive a la crate dining experience it's best to choose any number of restaurants in the near vicinity as the food was completely mediocre at best and very poor service from start to finish particularly given it is far from cheap. On paying our bill there was still no mention of how was your meal or thank you for coming hopefully see you next time. Cross this restaurant off your list as we will definitely not be returning or recommending it to any family, friends or even enemies. All things considered a very disappointing experience!!"
