"We came in yesterday for an early dinner before our flight home. There was no hostess to greet us and we waited awhile to even see her, let alone be greeted or seated. It should have given us a signal to leave but it didn't. It finally became apparent that she was getting tables ready for other customers. After finally getting seated, took awhile for our waiter to come over. We ordered our meal and drinks at once. I've always had good service at RR and quick delivery of food, especially kids meals. This was not the case on this experience. Took a really long time for food to come out. Our veggie pizza was cold but no one came back to check on us so just ate some of it. Fries were cold. My daughter wanted a mac and cheese refill but again, no server. He finally came back to see if we wanted dessert, which we skipped, but we were able to get a mac and cheese refill. Overall it's clear that they are under staffed but it made for a pretty unpleasant experience, cold food, and very slow service when they were not even really busy. I'm glad this isn't our home RR because we wouldn't be back."
