"We visited on both fully aware it’s the EOTHO scheme and was expecting slightly slower service than usual! Our waiter, should I even say our waiter? His name was Owais. Table Food quality is good and we enjoyed it. Walked in, greeted, shown...our table& asked if we wanted popadoms. All fine! BUT it all went wrong after! When the popadoms arrived we only received one mint yogurt. We did not receive any mango chutney or chilli sauce we had to ask for it. We waited ages for our order to be taken by the manager?, we also ordered some drinks, however our starters arrived first and no drinks in sight, then half way through we buzzed for our drinks which eventually arrived after eating our starter. BUT whilst I was still eating my starter our bloody mains arrived!! I felt so rushed as we had to make room on the table for the dishes! We had asked for extra napkins however they NEVER arrived, I also wanted a knife so called for our waiter using the device on the table a couple of times no one came over, so I had no knife to eat with! LOVELY! No one came to check our mains were ok? We sat there for a good half an hour with empty plates, till another waiter from another section saw us looking around and cleared our plates, wish we had this waiter, he was a lot more friendly! Not long after our bill arrived, coincidence much? We didn’t even get a chance to check the bill was ok and had all the items we ordered, Owais rushed us into paying as he had the card machine with him, didn’t even say hope you enjoyed your meal or have a lovely evening, where are your customer service skills??? After being rushed I looked at our bill, we were charged for a when we had a coke as the was out of stock but I couldn’t do anything as at this point we had already paid! Was a shambles, this waiter really needs to be more friendly and have some people skills!"
