"The last night was the worst experience we’ve had at any restaurant. Upstairs bar- bartender named Thomas was a complete prick. This individual has no business interacting with the general public. Rude is not the word to describe this joker. He’s angry, petty and clearly is in need of intense therapy. His complete lack of willingness to serve the guests resulted in me making him an example of everything that is wrong and backwards about the service industry in this country. Also, it is rumored by a very reliable source that the bartenders at this location have historically been taking cash ‘under the table’ in exchange for “reserving” seats at the bar. The culture at this restaurant sucks, and that is the direct responsibility of the leadership. Darden Corporation…..get some leadership in this place. You have 15,000 sq ft of space being managed improperly. Customer service there has consistently gone right out the window. You permanently lost some excellent customers last night."

"The best part of the meal was the friendly waitress. The food was OK, but not spectacular. The noise level was high with several loud parties seated nearby. We had hoped to be able to be seated outside, but there would have been a forty minute wait. The meal was for a birthday, which we indicated on the reservation form that we filled out on line. We did not want any extra fuss, but it was interesting that the event was never mentioned, so the form must not mean anything. Overall, not bad, but we will try somewhere else next time we are in town"
