"The Caesar Salad arrived with no dressing, which was annoying. It was also really small for a so-called "large" salad. If Im paying $12.50 for a bunch of lettuce, itd be nice if it was big enough to share as a side dish, or ideally big enough for one person to enjoy as a meal. The reason I only removed one star is because the chicken really is very good. We got the Combo 2 and while the fries were ho-hum, the chicken was superb. Fried Zucchini (18 Pcs) was also quite nice. I was a bit disappointed by the price of the order, but that was partly the fault of the app taking a substantial fee, Im guessing."

"I was not expecting too much from a mall restaurant and that's what I got. Average service, average food and around 12 bucks. Could have been better if the food didn't look like it sat under a heat lamp for hours!"

"After waiting over 50 minutes for our order for four, we asked that the meal be delivered to our room. It arrived 1 hour and 5 minutes from time of order and was luke-warm. The fish in my fish and chips tasted and felt like it had been created out of mashed up fish pieces (hopefully, I wasn't eating leftovers.) I could not finish. My wife's chicken had been burnt with the burnt portion cut off. She too could not finish. Best Western, you need to find a client that will allow your guests to enjoy their food!"
