"Just as I read an evaluation of AndiHa, the pizza god and Tsatsiki expert!! here at GG, it fell from my eyes like sheds. The Pizzeria Caravella 4 weeks ago, our last visit on site, super delicious pizza from the stone oven!! We drove on the warm Friday afternoon over Käfertal towards Neckarstadt Ost/Lange Rötterstraße and ran towards City, on the way back the outdoor table in the sun was so good that we decided to return spontaneously. Running is thirsty, so I first ordered a yeast bee, Franciscan, supposedly fresh from the bottle. However, the Franciscan yeast in the glass looked little drinkable, it reminded more of a clear fruit juice with some turbidity and without foam. It went back, the operation took it with a smile, brought me the two. Bottle right at the table. After a short crash course, how do I give up a Franciscan yeast? for all the operators who don't look at bottles, the two looked at the back. Try great, you recognized the important yeast particles in the sink flight. For my wife it should be a Cola Light, the prices are within the usual framework. In addition to beer from the bottle of Pils and yeast, there are also some wines, Italian and good Palatinate wines. During our penultimate visit I had to the sensational lasagna which is served here like an open calzone a good Italian Chianti. My wife usually decides for pizza, or for a salad. On this day it should be the Italian salad, which was appealingly dressed, incl. ham cheese rolls, made with olive oil and balsamico, along with various green leaf salads, were also olives, peperoni, tomatoes and cucumbers in the salad. He was really good. The pizzas at Pizzeria Caravella are also very good. The bottoms are super thin normal I like them slightly thicker, are baked in sizes 26 29 33 40 cm diameter. With me it should be the pizza Milano, 33cm for 9 Euro, I additionally wanted small cut chilli, it was not charged an extra charge. On the pizza was Peperoni Salami, fresh mushrooms, ham cooked, Salami plus extra chilli. The pizza was tastefully fantastic, the tomato sauce was not too dominant, it was a light oregano taste to taste. When we finished, we chatted a little with the boss, she tells us with a bright face that you can also get all pizzas with whole-grained, the cheese is generally lactose-free, for vegans there are extra vegan cheeses, which I call service. Eye-catching with the words now I also know in the future how to insert a yeast correctly disappeared and brought us the bill. Conclusion: Everything is right here.
