"On January 17, 2014 we ordered wings for pickup. The email stated that they would be ready for pick up "Order Pick up Time: 1/17/2014 5:35:00 PM "I arrived at 5:30pm and stood in their lobby while one girl was on the phone at the cash register and the rest were in the back. Finally the one on the phone was able to get the attention of one of the girls in the back and motioned for her to come up to the front. As she asked my name and was ringing the amount into the register, 2 other people came in behind me. As I am standing there and waiting, she stop keying in my order info and starts looking past me to the people behind me. I said "Excuse me, can you please stop paying attention to what is going on behind me and finish my order, I am in a hurry"I finally pay her and then she says "sorry your order will be about another 5 minutes. Ok, what part of my saying "I am in a hurry" did she not understand. It was now going on 5:40.I leave to tell my husband sitting in the car that they claim they are not ready yet. He said we can't wait, cancel the order and lets go. I walked back in, this time a different person helping me. I told her that if they are not ready then we need to refund and cancel the order. She got one heck of an attitude with me and then she said "your order is ready, it's in the bag." She gets them and asks me if I would like to rate Pizza Hut by trying to hand me a paper. I said, "no, I don't think you want me doing that, I wouldn't have anything nice to say about you guys right now:, As I walked towards the door, in a very condescending tone, she says " Have a nice day, thanks for coming in, you have a great night" all the while with a smirk on her face and I leave bringing them out to the car even more upset due to her tone with me.I get into the car and tell my husband that the box does not feel hot at all. He opened the box, touched a wing with his knuckle and said "these are cold, take them back."I come in, see the girl who had been so condescending before and I tell her, "these are cold, just take them back and refund me please"With a look that could kill she said "They were just made ma'am, they are hot." Oh I am sorry, first you are rude with me and now you are calling me a liar? What nerve she had. I replied with "Ok, touch one of them with your finger and tell me they are hot. When I first came in the first girl said there were not ready. I left for 5 minutes and came back and then you tell me they were ready but sitting in a hot bag." So if there were sitting there the entire time then they are no longer hot from the oven. I put the change down on the counter and said "just refund it and if you look at my account, you will see there is a very long time span from the last time I ordered until today. It is because this store is always screwing things up and full of attitude and I simply stopped ordering from here. If it were not for my husband ordering wings online without telling me, we would not have placed this order either." So I got my refund, walked out the door, ended up going to the grocery store and getting a 3kg box of wings for $20, double the amount but 5 times the wings, came home and made my hubby Buffalo Wings that were fresh and hot and were done without attitude. The Pizza Hut/Wing Street in Chilliwack has to have the worse customer service I have seen in a long time. Will I order from them again, NO. Their prices are over inflated, they attitude stinks and their food is mediocre!"
