"I love the pizza, always fast a hot food. I only have one issue, if you offer money off of the order and it sends a coupon to your email it does not allow you to actually use the coupon. Although the pizza is cheaper than most, it's still nice to have that little extra money off."

"Earlier tonight, my wife and I placed a delivery order through the Pizza Hut app for a Big New Yorker pizza and an order of chicken wings. When the order arrived, there were just wings no pizza. Apparently, this Pizza Hut uses Doordash for their delivery instead of employing their own delivery drivers. We contacted the driver, who told us that Pizza Hut had not given her a pizza when she went to pick up the order. (The driver had also taken a confirmation photo of the order sitting on our porch showing only wings and no pizza. After that, we tried several times to call the store but couldn 't get anyone to answer the phone. So I decided to drive out to the store to get help with the issue. When I got there, I was greeted by a young lady working at the front cash register. I told her that I had only gotten part of my order. She looked confused and said that she had put the order together herself. I responded that I had the photo of the order that was left on my porch, that the driver said that she didn 't have a pizza to give us. At this point, her coworker a young gentleman heard about the situation and immediately said to me, very pointedly, and several times, That 's impossible. That 's impossible. I responded that it was *not* impossible, tried to show the screenshot, and I mentioned what the driver had told us about not getting a pizza from them. He then told me that we had selected contactless delivery, and because of that, Pizza Hut wasn 't responsible for us not getting our pizza. I said that I just wanted either the pizza I paid for or a refund for it. Both employees told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked, You really *can 't* do anything at all? And the lady employee said no.The gentleman repeated to me that they aren 't responsible, and that it was my fault for selecting contactless delivery. I said that I just wanted what I paid for, I wanted my money back. He then told that if I said that again, or if I didn 't leave, he was going to *call the police and have me arrested for trespassing.*I let the customers waiting behind me go ahead of me, as I started trying to look up Pizza Hut 's policy regarding contactless delivery. The gentleman employee told me again that I had to leave, because they needed to help the people behind me (who I had just let go ahead of me , and again threatened to call the police. I replied that I would leave momentarily. At this point, I think the lady employee said something to the gentleman to convince him to call someone about the issue, presumably a manager. He then spoke to this person on the phone about the situation, and even though I wasn 't able to find any information about Pizza Hut 's contactless delivery policy, I decided to wait and hear the outcome of the phone call.But.After the gentleman got off the phone, he simply stood behind the counter and stared at me (while other customers were being helped by the lady employee . I decided to ask, What 'd you find out? He responded by asking me why I was still there, and I told him that I 'd heard him talking about me on the phone and was wondering what the person had said.He replied, They said don 't order contactless delivery, To which I replied, Anything else? to which he replied, Don 't order contactless delivery. I told him that by else, I meant something different, and that he 'd said the same thing again, so had they said anything *else*? He just replied, I dunno a few times before saying that if we continued to select contactless delivery, they wouldn 't deliver to us anymore. Flabbergasted by the assumption that we 'd ever order *any* kind of delivery from them again, I replied, I don 't think that 's something you need to worry about. He then once more threatened to call the police, and I gave in. I told him to have a good night, he told me he didn 't care about my review (which, ironical"

"Very friendly and passionate owner. I will be honest, if I was driving past Napolis Pizza and was mildly hungry, I probably wouldn't give this place a second glance. That sound mean of me, but society has always and will always continue to judge books by their covers.<br/ <br/ In fact, the only reason that I even stopped in here is because I was trying to go to the Marble Cafe behind it (found it to be undergoing renovations) and then I started to read reviews of Napolis on Urbanspoon. So I gave it a shot. And I'm glad I did.<br/ <br/ The owner is extremely nice. He is from Peru if you haven't already read the other reviews and he is very passionate about his culture and his business. He employs some white women to work as servers and stuff, but they seemed to be in it for the paycheck. His business model is more along the lines of Sbarro Pizza (yes, the same kind you find in malls) and less like a normal pizzeria IF you're just going to walk in off the street. He has most of his pizzas already pre-made and sitting on the counter. Upon your order, he scoops them up and puts them in the oven to reheat them.<br/ <br/ Don't hate on the reheating process, it's actually very smart and best of all, it ensures a crispy crust. Just let me say this was some damn good crust. The crispiness and butteriness of it was perfect. Each bite you took was a couple of consecutive *crunch crunch crunches* followed by a nice satisfying chew. How did a Peruvian manage to make a better pizza than Brozinni's in Greenwood? And before you say that Napolis isn't New York style, let me tell you to experience it for yourself, even the stuffed pizza version. They both taste spot on to what New York Pizza is supposed to be. Finally, let's talk about the breadsticks... they're stuffed with cheese and pepperoni! How awesome is that? You could literally make a meal off of 4 of these bad boys. See my pictures for reference.<br/ <br/ I don't live anywhere close to this guy, but if I did, I would be giving him business on the regular. And for all of those reasons, you should too."
