"Cheddars is good, however the service at this location is not. We were out celebrating and were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. We were asked for our phone number and given a place in line with a link to track. This is really misleading as it stated we were 6th in line however smaller groups of 2-4 were seated faster and not even on the list. After an hour we were finally seated but we were not greeted by a waitress at all. After 15 minutes we called the server on the tablet and the waitress appeared and seemed annoyed that we asked for drinks, appetizers and were ready to order. We quickly placed our order only to be told afterwards that they were out of the menu item and we needed to order again. We watched as groups came and were immediately greeted, placed their orders, ate and left before we were ever given our food. We waited an hour to be seated and another hour for our food. We ate it because we were hungry but it was not worth the 2 hour wait. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this location."
