"This place is just awesome. Second time this week been here. This time I was undecided but went along with trying the chicken pot pie. Keep in mind......I have never ordered a pot pie while out but hey......lets give it a try with the delicious tomato dill soup. Getting back to the pot pie......it was GREAT. Take a look at the picture. Can we say WOW!!"

"Reservation was sat on time, however, we did not see a menu or our server for almost ten minutes. Restaurant just got a new menu, but a lot of it was not available yet…they were also out of several beers. Service was subpar; waiter never asked about drink refills and was not attentive. He never came back after dropping off dinner to check on us. One entree was wrong and there was no apology. New entree came out when the other eight people were done eating. Again, no apology or offer to accommodate for the mistake, just asked for our dessert order. Waiter was not attentive or customer friendly, but had the nerve to tell us he’d prefer a cash tip on top of the 20% added to the check so he didn’t have share in the tip pool! Food was extremely expensive for the quality, sundaes are just three scoops of ice cream with fake whipped cream and drinks were watered down. For the price point, this place is competing with high end restaurants, but the quality and service do not stand up to the expectation. We will not be returning to a Sugar Factory anytime soon."

"Went to dinner with my best friend. We both bought salads, she purchased a Buffalo Chicken wrap, and I bought the Dirty Wings, and we shared a pitcher of Sangria. Super tasty meal, drink was perfect, staff was kind, courteous, knowledgeable of the menu, and fun/funny. Amazing vibe. We'll definitely be back."

"Dissatisfied in the experience for vacation and my family, since I drove in the city from new england to enjoy this time and culinary experience. too loud and placed in front of an unofficial buffet with my grandmother in the wheelchair. the people touched us and maneuvered with their eating around us and placed themselves with a jazz band right in front of the stage. restaurant never communicated as a single choice!"
