"Came on a whim and was not disappointed! Host was so helpful and kind, and took the time to explain the menu and answer questions. Veggies were fresh and the meat was seasoned perfectly. And some of the best rice I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Go here when they are ready to eat yum food but can not even treat with the service par. the foremost person argued with us that there is a 4 person reservation about open vs 8 person reservation, despite being much seated for both. it was a 4 person reservation and apparently they didn't get an email from opentable and caused the error. then the server did not check on us after a fair piece and finally at a point they fell water on me and friend when they refilled the cup. but we got chicken tikka kathi roll and fries and huh tikka burger both were very tasty and I enjoyed it and so did my friend"

"I was craving Indian food on this particular rainy Saturday and my regular place was closed and I happened to stumble upon Himalayan spice. There is parking right up front so I got lucky but it's within a business complex so there was ample open parking anyway. I think I walked in right when they open because there was no one else there then slowly the people started pouring in. The place is pretty big and serves beer and wine. The wait staff was very attentive coming around refilling my drink asking me if I needed anything so that was nice. The buffet selection on the weekend was pretty nice, although I didn't see the usual chicken tiki masala it was ok at least I got to try other dishes. Everything was hot, delicious, and very flavorful. I'd go back to see what else they had to offer."

"The food here was fantastic! My boyfriend and I had the cheese naan, the lamb kurma and chicken bhuna. Boyfriend had the Mango Lassi too. Our server had such a positive attitude, I wish I could remember his name The atmosphere was very pleasant, it smelled so great, looked clean and vibrant and beautiful Bollywood videos were playing . My only small complaint was the lamb kurma was sweeter than what I am accustomed to, there was a bit of a wait with our entrees (but it was worth it), and a different server came to our table to check if we had already eaten our Samosa appetizer (he seemed confused as to what we ordered and what we already ate. The restaurant might need to work on communication. The guy was very nice though). It was our first time at this restaurant, so we will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu!"

"The taste of India is a walk-in café in the Peachtree Center Mall, located from the lower level of the CVS. The service is fast and friendly and the food is fresh. My menu is the chicken plate which is served with rice, two chickens of your choice, and a piece of naan. The chicken 65 has grown quickly to be served one of my favorite chicken entrees there. The food is served in reusable, portioned plastic containers with snap closures. That might sound like a little detail, but it makes a big difference. It prevents the whole sauce from spilling anywhere while you carry your intake to your destination."
