"Dinning at Diwan is experiencing meticulously crafted North African, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine set in a great ambience. The restaurant compliments the great architecture of the museum, and the service is very attentive and exceptional. The flavours are too good and perfected by excellent chefs. If someone’s visiting the museum, then adding a visit to the restaurant will complete the whole experience."

"Customer Service is very bad at this place. I went to buy a chicken biriyani and Mutton Kothu. The Mutton Kothu took more then 20 minutes and I recieved my biriyani before that. One tall lady with glasses was serving me first and then another short lady from inside came and gave me my biriyani and charged me for all the food. After 20 minutes when my Kothu roti came the Tall lady with glasses who was watching me pay before asked me to pay again and I showed her my bank receipt and she just ignored me and walked inside to ask the other lady if I paid. She came back outside and told me : you paid with her how would I know that you paid so ain't my fault.! Such a rude customer service they provide and the food tasted stale also."

"Almost always, very good quantity and fingerlickin delicious absolute value for money! Beef fry is my favourite. And bucket biriyani but today, i tried both Maharaja/rani biriyanis and i am blown away! If I am not mistaken, raja is chilli chicken and rani, manchurian or ginger/garlic chicken, with sumptuous pieces of chicken, and biriyani rice for both is the special ghee variant (sinfully delicious), and both comes with salad, pickle and pappadam, no egg. Bucket biriyani comes with egg, 4 pieces of tandoori wings, the regular but equally yummylicious non ghee variant rice, pappadam, salad and pickle. Bucket in mini tumblers and all others in regular boxes. Overall, the best for Kerala cuisine! This team knows good food for valuable price!"

"Absolutely incredible! I ordered their Bahar Special Chicken Biryani and I was not disappointed. Their portion sizes are amazing, the taste is simply great and the value for price is beyond the roof. I was never so incredibly satisfied by ordering just one dish. They are masters at what they do.The Biryani not only had been topped off with Chicken 65 and an Egg, but it also had multiple full pieces of chicken inside, coated in Biryani masala. I was blown away.Great work, and keep it up!"

"Worst food quality... paneer sabzi was okay but jalfrezi sabzi was so bad... very unhappy with the taste and quality of the food... tandoori roti was hard and unchewable... jalfrezi sabzi was so bad we felt like vomiting"
