"We've been to Ceylonta, both locations, several times over the years. After our latest experience we won't be going back to the Carling Avenue location. We arrived about 6:30 pm on a Saturday. There were only about three other parties there but it was 20 minutes before we got our beverages. The food took another half hour to arrive. The mutton curry was so salty we almost couldn't eat it, but we were so hungry and fed up with waiting that we ate it anyway. But there was another couple of regulars there, raving about how good their food was, so we may have just made a bad choice, or one of the cooks spilled the salt. The exterior of the restaurant has been neglected also."

"After moving to Canada from the UK, we struggled to find a place as good as the Indian food we were used to back home. Fortunately, after five years of hunting, we finally found the Little India Cafe and we've gone there ever since (six years of loyalty). The food really is on point, especially the butter chicken.Our only criticism is concerning the actual building. It is always super busy (a testament to the quality of the food), but it is far too busy for the building size (and the car-park). It could really do with more space and more staff to improve the flow. Other than that, Little India Cafe is the place to go for some great Indian Food. Get yourself there ASAP."

"I ordered takeout from this place four times now and each time it was awesome! This place really is a hidden gem as not many people know about it but I'm sure the word is spreading quickly.Last night I ordered the karahi chicken and chick pea chana masala, along with some vegetable samosas. The karahi chicken is my favourite - it's very flavourful and cooked perfectly. The chickpea chana masala is great too as it is spicy enough but not too spicy where you cannot enjoy it. If you don't eat much spicy food then you may think it's too spicy. The nan they provide is amazing and next time I'll ask them to give a few extra pieces. Lastly, the samosas are awesome and next time I'll look to try another type. Overall, the portion sizes are great and so is the value. I'll definitely go back to this place next time I'm in the mood for Indian food. Everything is fresh and the service is very good. I just hope they keep everything as is so that they continue to make amazing food!"

"Stopped in here for lunch with some friends and was not disappointed. The naan is freshly prepared and all the items are made in house. Prices were very reasonable and service was extremely friendly. I'd come back!"

"A nice and clean place to visit. Amaazing food! The whole experience is great. Waiter and waitress always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food. Must recommend if you really want to try authentic Indian food."

"I was told the butter chicken was incredible. It was not. I ordered a meal for pickup but ended up it was a three person size of butter chicken and no rice with it. 16.50 for just the butter chicken and then had to pay another 7 for rice. We took it home (less than 5 min walk) and it was cold. I warmed it up and just couldn't enjoy it at all. Ended up tossing most of it in the garbage."

"Extremely flavorful food. From the southern part of India Kerala. The waiter was a little bit slow and would likely knew, but the food was absolutely delicious. Good amount of space in the restaurant and quite reasonable for high quality Indian food. Not very busy during lunch time and they open at noon. There are lots of options that are mild or not too spicy. This is a must try if you like Indian food. Make sure you attend with a large enough group in order to share many of the dishesThank you for the delicious meal"
