"Worst experience ever. A very unpleasant experience I ever had in my whole entire life. Restaurants are all about hospitality and serving. And this place is exactly the opposite of what a restaurant should be like. Customers are of the least concern for this place. This place may look cozy but staff behave so lame. The staff never bother to ask you or serve you on time. No one ever bothered to show up at our table even after 20 mins. Finally a very busy staff gave us the menu and we ordered few starters and the guy disappeared. After 40 mins of wait, we tried enquiring the staff about the starters and our efforts are in vain. No one showed up or cared about us. It's half past 3 in the noon and we are starving of hunger. And finally we walked out of restaurant empty stomach. A very bitter experience in a joyful holiday trip with family."

"Good food especially non-vegetarian. It seems to be popular in the area. Small restaurant, but they have 2 outlets nearby. Don't expect a big ambience. If you are on the move and are looking for good non-Veg food, that is your best bet. Staff support is good and welcoming. Prices are with others in this category, but you can feel it a little higher at cost considering the ambience and decor."

"Very nice, cool and decent place to have dinner with family and friends. Good treatment. One of the best restaurants in HANAMKONDA. The reason for giving 4 rating is to encourage them to have any other ideas to improve. We had tandoori chicken. Naans, kadai chicken, special chicken biryani. Every dish is excellent. Thanks to Kakatiya Grand."
