"Terrible management. terrible service. there are 20 minutes waiting at least for something to garnish. if they try to make an order for picking up to save time, they will not begin until they get there because it is the policy of the chef. I forgot to ask for the spicy quesedellas when I asked if just could have on the side, I was told I had to pay $1 for each of the smallest sauce containers of the hot sauce I've ever seen. I just bought four quesedellas!"

"My wife and I are were back in Ottawa for about a week (visiting from British Columbia). We had a cottage trip planned and, unexpectedly, we bookended that adventure with a Mucho Burrito dinner on the way to the cottage, and a Mucho Burrito lunch on the way back. It was this location for both meals, and holy smokes, the customer service, vegan offerings, flavors, it was all top notch.We noticed on the sign that they had new management, and it turns out that the new management was the two gentlemen who served us and made our food! I can't speak highly enough about them. Super friendly, charismatic, warm, you can really tell they're putting their hearts and souls into the establishment. The first time we were there, he jumped at every opportunity to ensure that every ingredient that went into our burritos was fresh.I can't recommend this franchise location highly enough. They're outstanding guys and I hope their business thrives! On our next trip to Ottawa, regardless on which borough we end up in, we will make the trek back to this location in Kanata!Vegetarian options: Plant-based crumble, vegan cheese and a delicious vegan sauce option!"
