"I love this place!! Often here at least one weekend a month. Always really busy, but the service is top notch. Most I ever had to wait were 20 minutes on a busy Saturday. The servers are also amazing, especially Sarah!! I had the pleasure of being served by her often and it is always a pleasure. And the food is just as amazing. Thanks Metro!"

"Started with half order of roasted oysters. Comes in a metal bucket. Enough for two. I had the 10 original Hooters chicken wings with medium sauce. They were OK. My wife had the 6 roasted with barbecue sauce on the side. My wife said hers had no flavor. Don't think they should have charged .99 for the little plastic container of sauce. We also had an order of curly fries with cheese sauce and an order of onion rings. Again .99 extra for the sauce. Fries and rings were plentiful and done just right. I don't know how they make them without being greasy, but they do. Our waitress Rayna was sweet and attentive. Everything was hot as it should be. Price for everything including one mixed drink, $6.95 and a large Michalob beer, $7.00 was $75.00 plus $10.00 tip came to $85.00. A little over priced? I think so. Being right across from the Daytona 500 Race Track probably makes the hit on the wallet a little more tolerable. One more side note, the girls working there are easy on the eyes. Shorts that they are wearing are a lot shorter than they used to be. And sorry I didn't take pictures of the oysters in the bucket before we ate them, but couldn't wait to get into shucking and eating them hot. Last time I was there, a couple years ago the waitress helped with shucking the oysters. It wasn't that busy when we were there this time on Wednesday at 6pm. Customers include Seniors and children so don't be shy to bring your family."

"Edit: 1 whole year late rim happy to express that this location has turned itself around! Had a great dinning experience here! Food was juicy, fresh, and staff was courteous. I have edited my 1 star review to 4 stars! I never ever write reviews and after 4 months of not going to Pollo tropical, I came to this location and it was a nightmare, they gave me a literal burnt chicken and of course they didn’t have white rice so they gave me something similar to yellow rice but it wasn’t even fully cooked, it was really bad and I’m feeling sick because of it I also asked for fries and they seamed to be re-fried because it just tasted like it, the only great thing about this place was the Coca Cola and the Cilantro sauce, other than that they need to fire everyone and hire people that can do their job well, I went on April 21 around 8 PM"

"Food and service has always been wonderful, except this year during bikeweek kitchen was closed the first time we tried to visit, tried a few days later again was told to sit and have a drink they would get us a waitress as soon as the kitchen caught up. Two hours later when we started getting impatient was told the kitchen had once again been closed before 9 ! Finally gave up and had supper somewhere else the rest of the week"

"I've been in this location 3x's. Forgot this location is bad. Always out of ingredients on Sandwiches or Salads. I don't mine if I know. I have the option of getting something else but I never know until I sit down to eat. I had go up to counter ask for missing ingredients. 1st salad. Then looked inside sandwich, ingredients piled in corner missing main Ingredient. Usually given an option for apple, chips or bread. Nope. Had to ask if it was still an option. Panera Bread aka Saint Louis Bread Co is usually great clean restaurant. This location is filthy. Not messy or needs to be pick up. Dirty !!!!"
