"I ordered a family meal with a couple extra items. I order and they have me park, whatever I get it?s not a big deal. Someone brings it out and its missing several items, again things happen whatever. I then get out and try to grab someone to just get the items and they don't open the door despite the person seeing me who literally just brought out my order and a young man rudely waves me off multiple times. I get in the line behind cars and wait, Ive now been here over half an hour. I wait through the line and get my food of which they give me smaller sizes than I paid for but at this point it would be another half hour at the rate theyre working so I leave. $38 and over half an hour later I leave without the amount of food I paid for. I drive care that they made a mistake, it happens, but they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Also, I tried to fill out the survey on the receipt and typed in my receipt code and just got a ?thanks for taking the survey? so it sounds like someone is giving themselves fake surveys. Astoundingly bad service. Editing to say that after all this that I get home and the plantains aren?t even cooked through."

"I work at Panera. Everything was always right and always excellent. I've eaten almost a decade in the discra, all over the country. This place is by far the worst thing I saw. No exo at the counter. My father's sandwich came without egg amd half the chicken there is supposed to be. I remember pre-portioning the meat to the prep station, I also remember his much larger portion. Mine came to the wrong bread. IMO, cooperation must come from secret buyers. Update, my came with cheese after I included milk allergy and confirmed with the kitchen NO DAIRY. Secondary updating. Spoke with the manager to make the sandwich new. She said sadly about it, but she could say by sound of voice, body language and lack of eye contact that it was just lip service. I also confirmed that there are no expats for the staff today. Oh, look, the accountability doesn't exist. I wonder why not one, not two, but three things were done wrong. Third update. My father left and had a word with the manager. Preparators said there was no cheese and accidents happen. Three accidents on one order. Time for a new manager. Jen has to go."

"Their Claws (Boneless Chicken) are amazing! They're good every time we go here! I did have an issue the other day where the menu doesn't have actual prices of the premium sides, or I was charged wrong. Menu said they were like $2.49 upcharge, but for loaded fries I ended up getting charged like $11.99 or maybe $10.99, don't remember which one and then the chili cheese tots were also $9.99... No where on the menu that I saw did it say those prices. They definitely did not charge me for the sides, instead charged me for appetizers, which I never ordered. Other than that this place is amazing, but they need to get their waitresses on the same page with the menu. I should've said something when I was there, that was on me, but I took my Brother out for his birthday and didnt feel like making a big deal about it. Would def recommend this place for their food though!!"
