"So it's been a minute since I checked a restaurant and it's because most people don't deserve a review. This place was excellent, the service was a bit slow but honest when you were on a work lunch, that's okay. I have a calzone and omfg, it was perfect. The dough was soft, but not dry or burned. The fillings were balanced, not too much cheese not too much meat. The staff was nice, maybe a bit dry in humor, but what can you expect today. Total good job crew! You will get my repetition"

"One of my favorite low key spots but this time for some reason we waited over an hour for apps and a lot longer for mains, people came in well after us and got all of their food before we even got appetizers and there was a point where every table was finished with their meals and we still sat waiting despite more than half those tables being seated well after us. I will go back b/c normally I really like this place but the ice is thin now"

"We live nearby and have been meaning to try this place. Sadly, we were disappointed. There weren 't very many people in there on a Saturday night but it still took a while to get our pizzas but that was not the issue. It 's the food. We were excited to try some wood-burning oven pizza but it was very soggy. When I picked up my piece, the toppings slid off because the crust was so flaccid. I like thin crust pizza but this was just weird. I asked them to cook it more, and they did, which only browned the end crust (that I don 't eat) but did not crisp up the rest. I ate it with a knife and fork but it still wasn 't good. Also, don 't order the garlic knots. They 're not knots, they 're slices of cooked dough that had zero garlic taste and I 'm not even sure if they were buttered. They were gross and the marinara sauce was cold. The employee joked they were not knots . Okay. I haven 't tried anything but the pizza here but I doubt we 'll be back. Staff was nice, so 2/5 stars."
