"About the pandemic I ordered quite a lot from Jack's as my son likes the children's burgers. Every time I have ordered (directly eaten by them or Uber) something was wrong or did not taste up to a normal standard. I command when my son... loved the burger every time, so it wasn't a big deal I couldn't let go and I'm not one to complain. In November for a birthday I ordered from them, went to pick it up and I ordered early a day and when I picked it up, it was not ready for computer problems, so I wait for 20 minutes and then they forgot a meal. And they seemed upset. Instead of waiting, I just got her to take it, so was a person without a meal. They took it off and that was it. I'm sorry you're waiting or not doing it right. But I didn't say anything or made a big deal. Two days ago I ordered from Uber because we have all COVID and are not allowed to leave the house. My son said his burger tastes delicious and I saw what he had eaten because he usually has no complaints. It was raw in the middle... a children's castle should make sure it was cooked. Not only is he sick that he might get worse with food poisoning. I called the store and was told because there is nothing they can do from Uber, but they will mention it in the kitchen. You cooked it. It's all your fault Uber doesn't eat. If it was a delivery problem, I could understand. No offer of I make you a new meal, gift card.. I'm so sorry that only one pass happened. And Uber eats all they do is cover one meal. That's good for her not his edition. I'm disgusting how this was handled. And that was my last straw. I know they don't care that I'll never come back, but others should be made aware that children's meals don't care that they're going through and that's potentially dangerous. I also work in a restaurant and that would never happen or be treated like that. Customer service in this place has the hill and the same with the quality of food."
