"The taste of the food itself is fantastic, however since they changed the ordering style (no longer a buffet) and upped the price, I find that it's no longer worth visiting the restaurant. The portions are tiny and you can't order anything additional. I don't know why they added a dessert I don't know a single person who wants a low quality chocolate cake from a Chinese. Get a takeaway, it's so much more worth it. Service: Dine in"

"The food and service are second to none. Mr. had steak pie and I had the gammon. Clearly, it was all freshly cooked and delicious. Highly recommend. Having moved from Swynnerton and the Fitzherbert Arms, we were worried we’d be missing out. Instead, we think The Shoulder of Mutton is actually better!"

"To be honest I was disappointed, the service was so slow , my rice was cold but I had waited so long I didn’t want to complain and have to wait , my starter was wrong but again the wait was so long I didn’t want to complain Lastlly they wouldn’t give me nhs discount because of the help out to eat out . On a positive note my daughter enjoyed her meal very much"

"Pre-COVID this was our favourite place in town for a quick meal out. The menu was large, lots of choice, and everything perfectly cooked and served, the fish and chips was amazing . Often took grandchildren there as very family friendly. Went for a meal last week, just us 2 in the whole pub. The menu is very small, so we both choose burgers, the beef burger was like a piece of shoe leather, thin, gristly and overcooked. The chicken was slightly better, but still overcooked and dry. What a disappointment. Shall not be going back."

"Went with a group for afternoon tea with 15 others, price advertised was 12 something. Offering was poor, stale warm sandwiches, scones like dumplings and the only thing in abundance was shop bought quiche. Certainly nothing to write home about. When we came to pay we were charged for three people who didn’t come, nobody was made aware of this at the time of the booking and when queried we were told it was policy, guy was rude and don’t give two hoots he was ripping off a group of mostly regular customers for the sake of an extra few ’s disgusting in my opinion when the place wasn’t exactly fully booked, overstafferd or offering food to warrant the price. If I could give zero stars I could."

"I went here on 09/22/18 after I found this restaurant on Google. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive. There were 3 parties who arrived at the same time and my friend and I together with another table were the only guest in which it was fed. However, the servers have never forgotten us and they have often checked for us. We ordered several dishes and we shared it among 2 people. We ordered Keral Porotta, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Varutharacha Curry, Goat Curry and White Rice. We wanted the dishes to be hot. I love spicy food, so I thought by asking it to be spicy that it has a lot of kick. It wasn't even with the spices. So if you want to try it a little more spicy, you can and will still be okay. We also ordered two soda. Our total amount was $38. Definitely a cheap restaurant. We could all easily spend this amount for a meal from ourselves. Of the three courts was my favorite of Tikki Masala. Then the goat Curry. Next time I go, I'll try the curry fish. The food was amazing. I would recommend everyone to try this place, it is definitely a hidden gem."
