"Had the classic burger and a chicken fajita bowl. Both were delicious! I like my chicken. I didn't have the SW Dressing Coz of the dairy companies. They gave me two Salsa Cups instead. One of the best restaurant Salsas I had!! The place is super busy, but did not have the auditive act."

"Mixed feeling about this place. The decor and interior looks great! Very modern with Mayan-themed art work located throughout. Thankfully we were one of the first groups when they opened so they were able to seat our party of 10 very quickly. They have a great brunch deal where you can get a mimosa for $1 if you order an entree. I tried the Tikal Skillet which was great! The fried potatoes were perfectly crisp and the steak was seasoned perfectly. There was also a peach pancake which I was not a fan of but that could be just me because it seemed to be made of cornmeal and was pretty gritty. Our server was a nice person but a little forgetful. The skillet was supposed to come with sour cream, salsa, and toast or tortillas but I didn't get my tortillas until halfway through and never received the sour cream and salsa. A few of us asked for some of their hot sauce (fyi super spicy and super delicious) but only one was brought to us so we had to flag our server down to get enough for all that asked for one. At the end our bill was split incorrectly too. Totally understand that keeping up with a large group as well as other tables can be overwhelming but it was kind of a let down experience."

"This is one of the best tex-mex restaurants in Lubbock. If you have out of town business guest this is the place to go for lunch, the food is great , you can hear yourself talk. Parking is tight."
