"My partner and I went here because I had been wanting to try it. I had high hopes for this place. While the food was good (tasted okay but too much cheese on the fajitas and the pork tacos were dry, not really any spice or flavor either, definitely caters to the americanization), margaritas were okay, and the service was outstanding I wasn't a fan of feeling absolutely horrible like I had food poisoning that night and next morning. Both of us were feeling like we ate something wrong and we both ordered completely different things. At the restaurant we said we would go back but now neither of us are inclined to return. It could be the way our bodies handled the food but we eat Mexican food regularly so not really sure what happened. Overall, I don't think it was as amazing as the reviews say. I eat out A LOT and this just didn't make the list of places I'll return to. I've had true Mexican food in Mexico... this is not the real deal like so many suggest in my own opinion."

"Went To Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant In Superior WI. I had and recommended the Chicken Fajitas or Steak Fajitas, not too little and not too much. I doubt you if your In Superior WI and want a good meal, I recommend trying Guadalajara Mexican restaurant for great time. Thank you Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant for another good night. "For a new restaurant they were okay. Air conditioning wasn 't working so it was very hot, upon opening the back door it helped immensely but also allowed for flies to come buzzing around. The food was okay, the fish tacos left a bit to be desired as it consisted of just fish and cabbage, though the sauce served on the side was good. They were having a lot of issues with the fryer so my sons chicken strips didn 't come out with our meal due to needing more time to cook, then when they did come out they still were under cooked. We ended up having to order him a quesadilla instead, which he enjoyed. I will definitely try again in the future, but first impression was somewhat Meh ."
