"I ordered delivery, a pepperoni pizza, wings, a shrimp basket and fish sandwich. The pizza was good. The wings were mediocre and the shrimp basket and fish sandwich were over cooked and salty. The main issue was my food was left on the ground outside of my garage. The doorbell was never rang and I was never called or alerted at all about the delivery. I kept checking the tracking and saw it was delivered to find it on the ground outside for who knows how long. I called the location twice to express my concerns especially when I pre tipped. The first time I was put on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up. The second time, I was told a manager would return my call in 10-15 minutes which never happened. In the past things have been much better, this was a true disappointment and never rectified. I don’t know if they have new management but I won’t be patronizing them again."
