"Great pick-up. for eating! love love love also love their pizza and great sommes and salad! it is open super late, which is amazing because the ankerplatz has turned into a pathetic city for every eating in the last 10 o'clock. I accuse the city council for its arbitrary shutdowns on the basis of angsttactik and not of science. but unfortunately the restaurants like leroys and Dennys have not opened 24 hours. or at least 2 o'clock. Anyway, this place is the best for dinner in the late night. (or anytime)"

"On our last night in Anchorage, we wanted to try local seafood, and Simon Seafort came recommended. The black cod in maple-bourbon and miso was outstanding. The glaze was just enough to provide flavor without overwhelming the cod, which tasted incredibly fresh. My wife had the wild sockeye, and she was ecstatic. Perfectly grilled to bring out the flavor without being overcooked. The spinach salad was very good, especially the egg-mustard dressing, which again was enough to lend flavor without drowning the fresh spinach. If you're in Anchorage and looking for excellent seafood (and a beautiful view of Cook Inlet), cannot recommend Simon Seafort enough."
