"Visited here for lunch as we were looking forward to their famous corned beef sandwich only to discover it was not up to their previous standard. The table beside us had ordered the same, but were also disappointed. Both of us said we would never...come back. The beef was not chewable. Too bad that a long time favorite restaurant has gone down the hill! Waitress was also not helpful, so no tip required!"

"This was the worst experience I have every had in my life from a restaurant. I have been a vegan for over 7 years now and was extremely upset by the experience I had. I went the to order a Veggie burger like I have before but not at this location. When I got to my destination to eat it, I realized it was not a veggie burger but in fact a regular burger! I called customer service to see what I could do and to simply let them know of there mistake. Well, I was completely insulted by there manager, asking me what color my burger was like I was stupid. So I went there after work to confront him and it DID NOT go well. He was very rude and insulting, asking me what color the burger....well if a burger is cooked properly shouldn't they all brown. So he brought out there regular burger and a veggie burger telling me that the shape is what is different. When they brought it out the "veggie burger" was a dark brown and their regular burger was YELLOW.....IT WAS YELLOW. At the end of the conversation the manager was throwing the burger at me trying to get me to leave. Not very acceptable!"

"Ordered last night and food was huge let down, the veggies were soft, the pork dumpling was so salty could not eat it, the pork was fatty that was in the house special greens, the honey garlic ribs were pieces of dried out pork dripped in sauce, all around disappointed and for the cost of food today we certainly wont' be ordering from there any more. Location was on 6552 170 Avenue NW"

"Place was super busy after an Oilers game. Sara was our server and we didn't have to wait very long for her to come to us, but even still she politely apologized for the wait. She was very friendly and very attentive to us. There were two of us and we had the rainbow tortellini pomodoro and the pot-pourri spaghetti sampler. One meal we got the Minestrone soup and one with the side salad. Our bread loaf came super speedy, and our meals not long after. For how busy the place was, we definitely expected to wait way longer than we did. Both meals were delicious and both pasta cooked perfectly! Both meals came with a scoop of spumoni ice cream for dessert, and after everything, we were both comfortably full. No issues, no complaints, would definitely go here again!"

"One can forgive an off night of bad food but when it's combined with bad service (especially in a market flooded with competition) it's hard to want to go back. Have ordered from here a few times out of convenience and has usually been ok. Tonight ordered the donair pizza which advertises as having a double layer of donair meat and premium sauce. That was far from what I received....the sauce was hardly noticeable and the dry meat even more scarce. The 2nd pizza was called Greek but not sure why...flavours were weak, hardly any feta or olives and the sauce was disgusting. Ordered a 3rd pizza for the kids...a small cheese with pepperoni on just half. However they said they couldn't do half and half on a small !!!! Excuse me. but wouldn't this save you time and money to make ?!Won't be back."

"I ordered take-out of the chicken ciabatta sandwich with fries, with an order of cheese toast for a starter. Food was delayed getting here, but I had a friendly Asian guy, and the food was still warm when it arrived and tasted great."
