"The only problem at all is that the restaurant check in person could not find our reservation. As we got there at 4 pm, there were tables available and we were seated on time. But if we had chosen to eat at 6pm I could see that it would have been a disaster."

"Some days the food here is great, and other times it 's bland and chewy. But the reason for 1 star is that one employee in particular is ALWAYS rude. I believe her name is Adriana, but she is rude and aggressive. One visit here we asked for chilli cheese fries she cut off the other girl who was serving us and told us they don 't serve them, even though the menu had it listed as an item, even the other girl serving us looked confused. She went to the back to ask another employee, came back and just said 'oh I didn 't know, I guess we do ' and just walked away, without even apologizing for coming off so aggressive. Another visit I picked up my food and got home and realized I had food missing, I called to inform them and asked if I could come another time for replacement, as I was using my lunch break to pick up food, she told me 'well you can come now and we can replace but if not I really don 't know what to tell you '. After I reiterated I was using my lunch break she said I could come in another day for them to replace my food, but that I only had one week to do so. This location is closer than the one on Herndon, but I 'd rather drive a bit further to have better service. I 'm done dealing with this employee, every one has bad days, but this girl is ALWAYS rude"

"Everything here is so good! The Santa Maria Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. I recommend dipping the Garlic Sourdough Bread Appetizer into the clam chowder. And I know the picture of the Wedge doesnt look very appetizing but thats just because everything shifted in transit: its fresh and delicious."
