"We have been to this restaurant several times over the duration of covid trying to support local businesses as best we could. No great issues till today. I would like to say bad service but aside from the young lady that seated us and an apology from both managers, there was NO service.. We first waited for at least 15 minutes after being seated to be noticed by anyone. A manager finally appeared to apologize and explain that there had been a mix up. Fair enough, we thought. A young man soon brought us our drinks, took our food order, and brought it out in a timely fashion. The food was not great but we were just happy to have it. We never saw our server again until we asked at the hostess desk if someone could bring our bill, having sat with empty plates and empty drinks for at least 15 minutes. Shortly after our server appeared with the bill in hand. I admonished him for not coming back to ask if we wanted more drinks or dessert. He then went off to get the manager. A different manager came along and again apologized for our lack of service. We offered several suggestions to improve customer service but in the end we felt he did not really care and just wished we would leave. We paid and left. And we won’t be back."
