"The food is always super fresh and amazing. The owner speaks to the customers and they take pride in serving fresh made food. The wait is forever and it's usually quicker to order for take out but otherwise we have no complaints. If you're coming here expect a long wait and fresh food. If the wait is your issue...go to McDonalds and stop complaining. They cook each meal as it is ordered so nothing ever sits in a pot to be fished out."

"Went in order chicken fried rice. Only 8.80 plus tax for a chicken fried rice. Made it order pretty quick in like 5 minutes. The rice had no vegetables but decent amount of chicken pieces. Fried rice itself was pretty decent(just the way I told them to make it). Great Chinese menu options and combinations and good amount of parking outside the store. Overall, not a bad experience."

"AWESOME FOOD. My family and i have always eatten at the chinese food place on main st ever since i was a baby. well as of yesterday ther's a big change!!! my fiancee and i went to wongs i was hungry and well being pregnant i wanted chinese food. i ordered a combo number 2 which was the chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls and then the egg roll. well omg 10 mins and the food was on the table and i was floored. the amount of food firstly for the 7.95 was amazing, secondly the eggrolls are second to none and i'm extremely picky about my meat eggrolls. thirdly the only complaint is i wasnt able to finish every bite. amazing service and value and excellent quality of food!!! we are definately switching to wongs for our chinese food fixes:"

"I was very surprised with the taste and quality of the food. I rate all Chinese Food Restaurants in comparison to “Fung Wah” in Halifax, which is unfair to the majority of restaurants. I found myself eating here today with a co-worker for lunch. It’s...a place I drive by every day, on the way to my office, but had no desire to try it until another co-worker suggested it. The parking is limited and the service will not win many awards for attire or professionalism but he did what was asked of him, he took the order and delivered the meals in good time. The atmosphere is not that appealing and my expectations were low as Fung Wah sat in the back of my mind. The dishes arrived with a generous portion of extremely fresh and perfectly flavoured food. Both of us ordered different meals and both of us were very happy with our meals. I can see many visits in the future as it appears that Fung Wah now has some competition in metro."
