"Dirty food! If your looking for well cooked, fresh food.... it's not here. I called for delivery at 5:33 PM. I didnt actually receive my order until 7:37 PM. And what the served me was dry, over cooked, burned sugar taste, and over all not worth the $100 I had to spend. Look at the pictures and decide if this is appetizing to you before ordering. Dirty food! They don't clean the intestine out of the shrimp. I don't like eating poo!!! Hey New Empress, if you care about what your customers think and want people to return to your restaurant, consider addressing some of the issues in your reviews. I will not order again and I will tell everyone I know to read my review."

"Popped in again for a business lunch. 3 separate appetizers and then 3 salads all were prepared well. A bit on the slow side with a 20 minute ticket time but it was good and our server was pleasant and checked on us frequently. Many items are made in house."

Called back the restaurant.Person answered didnt even apologize to me or offer something that will feel me valued customer “ come back here and pick up your rice”I asked for a new whole order and they refused. Wont travel back just to pick up rice only.After 10mins travel Arrived checked food seems rush cooked food not even warm, so decided to have a full refund as i dont feel it was good food anymore and i dont trust the people now as they ruin the food and rush to cook it. DOESNT LOOK SAFE CLEAN FOODNot recommended at all. Dont order in here."
