"I have the standard Cheeseburgers and crime scenes. It wasn't disappointed. Both articles were properly cooked and the taste was there. Will come back and try something new."

"So disappointed from eating. had a burette meeting and the steak was the worst steak I had in yrs. not sure how they were messed up. from meat cut to cook. service was good to be fair, but not sure if I can give another try for better review."

"4 star performance for our first visit. Disappointed because they were out of half of the beer that they supposedly had. I had to go with my third choice of beer. It wasn't a bad beer just not typically what I like. They also didn't have my Fiance's first choice of drink either. Basically they only had half of their drinks available that night. It was a Saturday night so you would think they would be stocked and ready to go... The drink selection may have been disappointing but the food made up for it! We shared the loaded fries and the Fried Chicken sandwich. Both if those were 10/10! We will for sure be going back and hopefully I can give the beers I originally wanted a try..."

"I normally come around 4pm when I do eat here have never had an issue. I came late on a Friday (today) this was the WORST experience. When we got there we were handed menus told to sit where we want (normally we get seated). I asked 3X for a kids menu before I had to ask for a manager. We sat for 20mins before our order was taken. I asked for NO PICKLES on my daughter 's burger, came with pickles. When I pointed it out, the waitress took it then brought it right back talking about the chef took the pickles off with gloves on . I asked for no gravy on my potatoes, food came with gravy on the potatoes. I asked the waitress to bring ketchup for my daughter 's fries TWICE, never got it. The waitress NEVER checked on us after we got our food. I seen she was very attentive however to the large party that was next to us!"

"I was at the Holiday Inn Express, which is located in the Quality Inn. I asked the office staff about a restaurant recommendation and she said the food at Hole In One is good, but a little expensive. She said Chicken Fired Steak was $28. That was my curiosity and I had to try. I went and sat at the bar where the service was great. I tried the Chicken Fried Steak and this is definitely not your grandmother's chicken steak. It is a middle cut fillet beaten thin, broken and fried. I travel quote a bit and it is always nice to find the hidden gems on the way. The Hole in One will be my way to the restaurant when I'm in the Lufkin area. I recommend giving this restaurant an attempt and especially the Chicken Fried Steak."

"The food came out way before the appetizer, but everything else was pretty good. The sirloin was actually decent, and I really liked their broccoli casserole. I didn?t like their green beans? they had an overly sweet taste?"

"Definitely looked okay, but was just average. Brown engraving wasn't good. Could have been better with the cream engraving on the potatoes. The service was average, had to ask for a somewhat longer wait for a beverage filling than I should. Totally disappointed."
